Section 1

1. Account Registration

To open an account with VegasNow Casino, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. VegasNow Casino reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where false information has been provided.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account with VegasNow Casino. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person, household or IP address is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, VegasNow Casino may close all but the original account and void any associated winnings or bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity carried out under your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify VegasNow Casino immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. VegasNow Casino will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account details.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

Before processing any withdrawal, VegasNow Casino may require you to complete identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. This may include, but is not limited to, providing a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals are subject to a review period of up to 48 hours before being processed, after which the transfer time will depend on your chosen payment method. VegasNow Casino reserves the right to process withdrawals via the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

VegasNow Casino may impose minimum and maximum limits on both deposits and withdrawals. These limits may vary by payment method and account status. All transactions must be conducted in the currency set for your account, and any currency conversion fees are your responsibility.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating play between accounts — will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings. VegasNow Casino may also suspend or permanently close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

4. Prohibited Activities

The use of automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with VegasNow Casino's games or services is strictly prohibited. Players must participate in all games personally and manually. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or interfere with the normal operation of the platform is grounds for immediate account termination.

Fraudulent activity of any kind is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of stolen payment methods, identity fraud, chargeback abuse and money laundering. VegasNow Casino cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected fraud, and will report suspicious activity as required by Australian law.

Multi-accounting and collusion are serious breaches of these Terms. Players found to be operating more than one account, or working in coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage, will have all associated accounts closed and any balances confiscated. VegasNow Casino employs monitoring systems to detect such activity and reserves the right to take action based on reasonable suspicion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the VegasNow Casino website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software and audio, is the property of VegasNow Casino or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the VegasNow Casino website without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any content, trademarks or other materials accessible through the site.

6. Limitation of Liability

8. Governing Law and Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact VegasNow Casino's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through the appropriate regulatory complaint process or pursue legal remedies. VegasNow Casino will cooperate in good faith with any dispute resolution procedure required by the relevant regulatory authority.
